  • Final Grade 12 results, latest Grade 12 results or final Grade 11 results
  • A copy of you ID document or passport
  • A record of previous tertiary education, if applicable
  • Copy of residence permit, if applicable
  • Letter from employer, if applicable
  • Letter from partner / guardian, if applicable

  • EISS must be notified immediately of any change of address after submission of this application form.
  • EISS must be notified immediately if this application is cancelled or changed prior to registration.
  • Should receipt of application not be acknowledged within four weeks after mailing, enquiries must be made.
  • The outcome of this application will be made available by letter.
  • EISS reserves the right to reject an application for any reason whatsoever.
